1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of the JobTavern website and early-access services. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Current service

JobTavern is presently presented as an early-stage hospitality employment marketplace. Website content, product concepts, availability features, interviews, matching, pricing and other features may change before a commercial launch.

3. No employment guarantee

Submitting information to JobTavern does not guarantee a job, shift, interview, candidate, hire, staffing coverage or any particular employment outcome. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a future service agreement, JobTavern is not the employer of workers or the agent of employers.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, respect other users, and not misuse the site to harass, discriminate, impersonate, misrepresent qualifications, scrape data, introduce malicious code or interfere with service operation.

5. Employer responsibilities

Employers are responsible for lawful recruiting and employment practices, accurate job and compensation information, workplace safety, required licences and permits, eligibility verification, payroll, tax, insurance and compliance obligations unless a separate written JobTavern service expressly states otherwise.

6. Worker responsibilities

Workers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, qualifications, certifications, work eligibility and availability, and for complying with lawful workplace requirements applicable to accepted roles.

7. Intellectual property

The JobTavern name, logos, site design, copy and other JobTavern materials are owned by or licensed to JobTavern and may not be used without permission except as permitted by law.

8. Third-party services

The site may eventually integrate with third-party communications, identity, payment, mapping, screening or other services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

The website and early-access service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. JobTavern does not warrant uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, suitability or conduct of third-party users. Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as JobTavern evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
